“Heal our wounds; our strength renew; on our dryness pour thy dew.”- Holy Spirit, Lord of Light, Sequence, Pentecost Mass by Mgr Daniel McHugh, the Co-ordinator for Ethnic Chaplaincies and Eastern Catholic Churches in the Archdiocese of Birmingham.

A 10-minute pause to be still and reflect on our Mission with the help of scripture, music/song, pictures, a homily and Adoration intended to lead into personal prayer and action.
