This will assist in identifying training needs for all of those involved in the governance of our schools. We also recommend that all existing governors complete this skills audit on an annual basis to ensure that they identify their training needs, which can then be met by suitable providers, including the DES. The DES does not have their own skills audit, however one is provided by the Catholic Education Service and the DES would recommend its use. The audit can be accessed via the link below.
